Clients who visit, that have extended intervals .We may need slightly more time for de-matting, & reconditioning the coat. BOOKING/PAYMENTS/REFUND/CANCELLATIONS INFO:
- when booking a deposit is required at time of booking to secure your appointment
- we except cash, card and bank transfer
- deposits are applied towards total cost of service
- cancellations made with less than 48 hours or more notice will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future service
- cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non refundable and non-transferable.
- If you do not attend the scheduled appointment and do not contact us the deposit will be retained as full payment for the reserved slot
- rescheduling if your need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.deposit may be applied to the new date subject to availability
