ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES:

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ OUR GROOMING POLICIES TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE FULLY INFORMED ABOUT POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

AS OUTLINED IN OUR TIME KEEPING POLICY, ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY FOR NO SHOWS, LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION THESE FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:


  • NO SHOW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION: A fee of 100% of the grooming cost will apply


  • LATE CANCELLATION: A fee of 50% of the grooming cost will apply


  • LATE PET COLLECTION: A fee of £15 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time 


DECONTAMINATION OF THE SALON & EQUIPMENT DUE TO FLEA/TICK TREATMENT BEING REQUIRED :


  •  A fee of £20 will be applied if fleas are found on your pet plus £15 CLEANING FEE FOR EQUIPMENT AND SALON


  • MATTING FEE: a fee of £15  will be applied  for matting with possible further charges if equipment is broken during the de-matting/shaving of your dog please see our matting policy


To keep our grooming schedule fair and efficient for all dogs and their families please do not:


  • No-show or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice disrupt our day and can prevent another pup from getting a slot


  • Late cancellation reduces the opportunity to fill the appointment with another client


  • Late pet collections keeps the groomer tied to a single appointment, delaying the next bookings and increasing wait time for others


These situations can impact our ability to run on time, manage supplies, and ensure the best care for every dog


SCHEDULE / TIME KEEPING POLICY:

We have a 15-minute cut off time period for late arrivals, if you are running late please inform us at the earliest possible time, at the salon to let us know. If you arrive after the cut off, the appointment will be classed as a missed appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.

 

We ask that you collect your dog promptly after receiving our notification saying your dog is ready collection. Additional charges will apply for late collections. however, if you need to request a late drop off or collection, please discuss in advance .


WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND CO-OPERATION. GIVE US A CALL OR SEND A MESSAGE, IF YOU EVER NEED TO ADJUST YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN HELP RESCHEDULE 


PAYMENTS & SATISFACTION POLICY:

We're a small, independent, home-based business dedicated to keeping all our clients satisfied:

  • Payment method: We currently accept cash only. A card machine will be available soon.
  • Customer satisfaction: If you're not satisfied with the groom or level of service provided, Please contacts us. We are happy to discuss and resolve any issues fairly and promptly. 
  • Final groom cost: We will communicate the price before the groom starts and if any changes should occur during the groom we will also communicate this to you. ensuring we deliver a quality result that meets your expectation.

Safe and Comfortable Environment

Our grooming salon is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your pets. We use only pet-friendly products and equipment, and ensure that your pet feels relaxed and at ease during the grooming process.

FEEDING & TOYS


  • FEEDING: Please continue to feed your dog at their normal time, but please try to avoid feeding them immediately before their grooming session to prevent any discomfort.
  • TOYS: Bring along any favourite toys, blankets or treats that may help your dog feel more comfortable in the grooming environment. This is especially helpful for anxious dogs.
